 I now also refer to it as the "split".

 

I lived a good part of my journey on the ( harmful) automatic mode.  After countless "merry-go-rounds" with many artificial societal demands, I experienced my rock bottoms through a mental breakdown.​ This was such a catalytic phase of my journey  that ( once I recovered from it ) I then dove deep into it to understand :

• What it is (from my own point of view )

• How it manifested itself (in my experience)

• What helped me to dealt with it

How I managing to live a much more fulfilling life after being through it

​

 

(My Spiritual tests ) In my dark Skin 

​

I am embodying a dark skinned woman with other  distinctive physical features. Growing up far away from the country that I was born in exposed me to a wide range of experiences. In this body , in this skin I have been through many life altering experiences , thus a special section has been dedicated to this side of my journey.

( The Tipping Point of ) Self-Love 

​

The biggest lesson that I learned throughout this journey was ( true) self-love. This is thus a common theme here in this space.

Letting go & Embracing 

​

This is another major theme of my journey, and perhaps the most difficult one.  My journey, however,   became a more beautiful one, once I  let go of what wasn't for me and embraced new possibilities. This website "Release and Elevate"  is the culmination of the lessons that I learned along the way.

The "Esoteric" Language : Astrology, Numerology , etc 

​

 This language , this universal language and perspective is the treasure that those who came before us used to understand and connect deeply with the universe ( and everything that exists within it). I thus make full use of these jewels left by the ancestors - those who dared to see beyond the surface - to see beyond the artificially imposed limitations.

Channellings

 

 I have been led to record many of my own thoughts and experiences.

I usually do this for myself ( as I am not very fond of sharing things on social media ), however this time , I have been led to share my experiences with those who are interested to hear/witness it. ​

My recorded channellings started during a pivotal time of my existence here - as I was starting to awaken . Since then I have been through many other awakening stages. Thus what you are going to encounter here is a semi-culmination of (  the puzzles of ) my   soul's journey
